One of the region’s best-loved food and drink festivals, FOODfest, will return this autumn on Sunday, October 19 at Barnstaple Pannier Market.

Now in its 16th year, the event will once again celebrate North Devon’s thriving food and drink scene with a wide variety of local chefs, restaurants, street food vendors and artisan producers.

Visitors can expect to sample and hopefully purchase a wide range of flavours, from traditional favourites to contemporary street food, as well as explore plenty of locally produced beers, ciders, wines and spirits.

Holly Bransby, Barnstaple Pannier Market manager, said: “We’re delighted to bring FOODfest back for another year.

“It’s always inspiring to see so many local businesses under one roof, sharing their passion and creativity with thousands of visitors. FOODfest is not only a celebration of North Devon’s vibrant food and drink scene but also a fantastic platform for our traders to connect with new audiences. We can’t wait to welcome everyone this October."
