Comedian Olga Koch is set to visit Exeter later this year as part of her nationwide 2026 tour, with a performance of her new show Fat Tom Cruise scheduled for 23 September at the Exeter Phoenix.

The tour marks a new chapter for Olga, who has built a strong following in the UK comedy scene through her sharp observational humour and distinctive storytelling style.

Fat Tom Cruise is described as an immersive, story-driven show that unpacks what Olga calls “one good story” from recent history, though the full details of that story are being kept under wraps, in typical comedy-tease fashion.

Before arriving in Exeter, the show will begin with a multi-night residency at London’s Soho Theatre in February.

From there, Olga will travel to venues across the UK, including stops in Maidenhead, Oxford, Sheffield, Birmingham, Glasgow, Newcastle and Bristol.

Olga, who has appeared on Mock the Week, QI, Live at the Apollo and international programmes in Australia and New Zealand, has earned multiple award nominations throughout her career.

These include nods at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, along with a Writers' Guild Award for her BBC Radio 4 programme Fight.

She also hosts the podcast The Glue Factory and the online comedy series Bad Advice.

For Exeter audiences, the show adds to a growing list of nationally touring performers choosing the city as a key stop.

The Phoenix continues to attract a wide range of acts, reinforcing its position as a major arts venue for the region.

Olga’s visit is expected to draw interest from local comedy fans eager to see new work from a performer repeatedly praised for her wit, range and ability to blend personal narrative with broader cultural commentary.

Full tour dates, including bookings and venue information, can be found on her official website.
