Bideford Boxing Club hosted a show of 14 action packed bouts to a packed crowd at Hartland Parish Hall.
The fans favourite bout was a local derby between Hartland Super Heavyweights Jamie Rowe and Andy Mitchell. Rowe pushed Mitchell back from the opening bell and scored some big right hands to take the first round.
Mitchell upped the work rate with left straights to even it up going into the last but it was Rowe who had more power and more energy to take the unanimous points win.
Jackson Passmore was the standout boxer of the night as he dominated Welsh Champion Lucas Tovey from Trelewis. Younger brother Charlie Passmore had a closer battle against Blake Trott from Torbay, eventually winning a split points decision.
James Dearson ended up on the wrong end of a split decision as he closed the show in a entertaining bout against Toby Porthcory from St Austell.
Jed Avery boxed a tricky opponent Ashton Waterhouse from Trelewis. Waterhouse won the first making Avery miss wildly as he picked him off from range. Waterhouse was then dragged into a war and Avery continued that momentum to win on points.
Leo McMenamin showed his class, dominating Casey Ryan over three rounds. Mcmenamin showed good feet and clean left straights from the southpaw stance to gain the unanimous win.
Ella Peach and Leah Bische from CNC showcased some top skills in a close matchup. Both girls were busy with straight punches in a bout that went back and forward until the bell. Bische edged the split decision win.
Rocky Grigg made his competitive debut against Ashley Woods from Sturminster Newton, and Grigg won the unanimous decision. Pete Fitzgerald showed good discipline boxing to defeat Ronnie Lewis from Port Talbot.
Other results: Gabriel Williams (Sturminster Newton) beat Christian Atta (Cwmgoors). Manny Dann (Intense) beat Cody-Jay Cowie (Cwmgors). Charlie Hayes (CNC) beat Caden Jones (Port Talbot). Ethan Dierhoff (Plympton) beat Brad Newberry (Port Talbot). Jed Baker (Torbay) beat Cameron Ashmole (Cwmgors).
