SIR - A letter has been sent by developers to residents in Northam and Appledore referring to a proposed Torridge Marina Village.
Unfortunately the location of the development site isn't mentioned in the letter. The site is in fact at Knapp House, Northam.
The letter also informs people where presentations about the development will take place on July 11, but the two venues (Blue Lights Hall, Appledore and St George's School Northam) are not within easy reach of the residents most likely to be affected by the development. I have therefore asked the developer's representative whether a nearer venue could also be used, such as Windmill Lane Council Offices, Northam Hall or Northam Community Centre.
