POLICE are advising motorists to avoid the A361 North Devon Link Road due to on-going freezing conditions.
The road from Tiverton to Barnstaple is down to one lane and remains badly affected by the snow and ice with temperatures down to between -10 and -14 degrees Celsius.
Motorists are advised to drive with extreme caution if they must travel, but the advice is to avoid the area.
