Andrew Cross, who is director of NDHC, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to be working with Barnstaple Pannier Market for North Devon Arts Fest. This is such a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our region’s rich creative culture in a venue that’s steeped in heritage and vibrancy.

“We’re looking forward to bringing together some of the finest makers from across North Devon for what promises to be a landmark summer event.”

Holly Bransby, market manager at Barnstaple Pannier Market, said: “We’re excited to welcome NDHC to Barnstaple Pannier Market for North Devon Arts Fest. Their attention to quality, creativity and community engagement aligns perfectly with our vision for this event. We’re proud to be partnering with them to showcase the incredible talent North Devon has to offer.”
