New phase of homes released at development in Ilfracombe

Elan Homes has released a new phase of homes in their Seascape development, located on land off The Shields in Ilfracombe. 

This phase includes a variety of two and three-bedroom homes.

Tracey Ball, Elan's regional sales director, highlighted the diversity of properties: “Across the development, we’re building a good range of properties - from bungalows with garages below the living space to three-storey homes with balconies. Most of the bungalows in the initial phase have now been sold, including the original show home, and we’re preparing to move into a new one this summer.”

The development aims to cater to a wide range of buyers, including first-time buyers and those looking to downsize. 

Located in an established residential area, the site is near essential amenities such as schools and a supermarket. 

The high street, less than half a mile away, offers various independent retailers.

Elan Homes noted the recreational opportunities available: “Along with coastal walks, there are lots of green open spaces to explore, plus Exmoor National Park is within easy reach.”
