Acclaimed 60-piece orchestra North Devon Sinfonia will once again bring festive cheer to Barnstaple Pannier Market when they return for their annual Christmas concert on Saturday, December 20.
The much-anticipated event, set within the historic surroundings of the Pannier Market, has become a highlight of Barnstaple’s Christmas celebrations and this year starts at 7pm.
Each year, audiences gather to enjoy a joyful evening of live music featuring seasonal favourites, classical pieces and festive arrangements performed by some of the region’s most talented musicians.

Lee Baxendale, cultural producer for Flourishing Barnstaple, said: “It’s always a real pleasure to welcome North Devon Sinfonia back to the Pannier Market.
“Their Christmas concert has become such a special tradition for Barnstaple - it brings people together, lifts spirits, and sets the perfect tone for the festive season.”
Tickets are available online via Ticket Source or you can call into the market office. Early booking is strongly advised as this popular concert is expected to sell out quickly.
