Exeter City has begun the search for a new General Manager, with current post-holder Clive Harrison set to step down when his agreement ends in May.

The League One club is looking to appoint a permanent, full-time successor to oversee day-to-day operations and support its long-term growth plans.

The role will involve responsibility across all areas of the club’s operations, with a focus on improving performance, driving efficiencies and ensuring strong financial management. The successful candidate will also play a key role in shaping and delivering business strategy, while supporting collaboration across departments.

The Grecians are seeking someone with experience in football operations and a strong understanding of financial management, alongside the leadership skills needed to guide teams across the organisation.

The appointment is expected to be a key step in the club’s ongoing development both on and off the pitch.
