Motorsport racing ahead in North Devon
Motorsport is alive and thriving in North Devon. In fact, our local Motor Club has recently been the recipient of two major trophies awarded by the regional governing body, The Association of South Western Motor Clubs.
The North Devon Motor Club’s Jason Irwin has been chosen as the 2024 Marshal of the Year and the club won a major trophy for promoting the Best Speed Event of 2024 for its Masters Sprint at Chivenor last August.
For various reasons most motor racing in North Devon takes place behind closed doors, however, if you would like to get up close to watch, go to www.ndmc.org.uk simply join the club for a mere £10 per annum and then sign on as a marshal.
