Torquay seafront hotel blaze drama
This was the moment flames shot through the roof of the empty Sherwood Hotel on Torquay seafront
Firefighters were alerted at about 2pm and thick black smoke billowed from the Belgrave Road hotel to the main promenade.
By teatime today the hotel roof had gone leaving a gaping hole behind.
