Temporary traffic lights are in place, causing delays for some drivers.

National Grid say the scheme is on track and due to finish by March 20.

The upgrade is expected to benefit around 3,600 homes and businesses, adding capacity to support electric vehicle chargers, battery storage and solar panels.

The company says the work forms part of a wider programme to strengthen Tavistock’s network for the future, while aiming to keep disruption to a minimum.
