Foodies won’t want to miss the next Festival of Food and Drink at South Molton!

The popular event returns on Sunday, July 30, with a mouth watering selection of stalls and street food.

More than 50 sellers are booked and will be offering a variety of local produce and taste sensations from further afield. Many of the sellers have received Taste of the West Gold Awards for their products, making this event the place to go to experience the best the West has to offer.

There will be a variety of local ciders, spirits, beers, cheeses, pies, pastries, cakes, truffles, chocolates, fudge, bread, local pork, honey, chilli products, preserves and chutneys, cured meats, plus hot food including crepes, donuts, curries, South African delicacies, Polish food, filled bagels, burgers, freshly made pizzas, hog roast and a gin bar!

Visitors are invited to browse the stalls and then make use of the seating area to enjoy their purchases.

Event organiser, Melanie James, said: “ We have been delighted with the way this event has grown and grown. At every festival we are joined by new, exciting sellers, as well as the favourite stalls that our customers love.

“As soon as you walk in to the market you are met with the most amazing aromas and there is always such a fantastic buzz. Our market is the perfect venue for this event with ample free parking just at the back of the market.

“We look forward to welcoming all of our regular customers back and hope to attract some first time visitors too!

The event runs between 10am and 3pm with free entry.
