A tasty combination of dinner and jazz is on offer next week at the Merry Harriers Garden Centre near Woolsery.
On Friday, October 16 the Pete Canter Quartet will be entertaining diners at the centre's Mad Hatter's Restaurant with their lush tenor sax sound and fantastic rhythm section.
Saxophonist Pete and the band of Ian Wright on piano, Chris Harris on bass and Chris Pope on drums, have a strong local following and it promises to be a good night.
The time is 7pm for 7.30 and tickets cost �18 per person, to include a three-course meal.
