Bideford boxer Burston triumphant in Western Counties bout
Dylan Burston defended his Western Counties Challenge Belt in Bournemouth again Kalid Omar from Body Snatchers ABC.
Burston set about his work early breaking down the taller man. Burston countered the jab with body shots and overhand rights hitting the target cleanly. Omar pulled himself back in the fight in the second, letting the combinations go and keeping Burston at bay.
It was all level going into the last but Burston closed the gap again, working the body and head, as Omar was tired and holding. Three clean right crosses before the bell wobbled Omar and secured Burston the points victory.
