Aaron Bird tops the bill for Bideford Boxing Club
Bideford pro boxers fighting for titles in 2025
2025 is looking to be a big year for Bideford’s professional boxers, starting with Aaron Bird on February 8.
Bird will top the bill defending his Celtic Light Heavyweight Title at the Caledonia Gladiators Arena in Scotland. Bird will have a rematch with Scottish Champion Bobby Morrell, who he won the title against with a split decision points win. The card will feature five title fights on his undercard, including a British title fight.
World title challenger Conor Mcintosh is straight back into title contention. He will have a final eliminator for the British Super Featherweight crown against Ryan Garner, who is currently undefeated in 18 fights, a date will be decided in January.
Super Welterweight Billy Stanbury is 10 fights undefeated and is massively avoided, meaning he has had to wait a long time for his title shot. Negotiations are currently in place and an area title shot looks to be in the near future.
Harley Griffiths is still awaiting a date for his debut in the new year, there are also several other pros linked to joining the successful squad at Bideford boxing club.
