Holsworthy host the Triangle tournament
Launceston come out on top in festival of golf
Every Year, Launceston, Bude and Holsworthy Golf clubs hold the ‘Triangle’ inter-club competition, which is three rounds of golf, one at each club, with teams of ten players.
This year, the final was held at Holsworthy Golf Club, in challenging conditions. Holsworthy performed well on the day, with top Scoring Mike Lake producing an excellent round of 35 points.
A huge well done to John Percy from Bude for his hole-in-one on the 8th. Launceston produced another steady round, to retain the Shield for a second consecutive year. The Triangle Shield was presented by Holsworthy Team Captain, Lloyd Fursdon.
