Hartland Hartbreaker 2023
Brutal race across the North Devon hills
As the weather warms up, so does the challenge for the North Devon running community, and it doesn’t get much tougher than the Hartland Hartbreaker in March.
Starting at the top of Hartland Quay, this brute of a race includes the Hartbreak (18 miles) and the Hartache half (9 miles), both of which guarantee a combination of gruelling running and wonderful scenery.
The course takes in some of the finest views North Devon has to offer, as runners take on coastal paths, winding trails and stunning bluebell fields. The race is described as ‘an epic adventure that will take you through pleasure and pain and into the heaven of Devon.
The Hartland Heartbreaker is scheduled for Sunday, May 5 and there is a strict limit of 450 runners. Sign up by visiting the Hartland Hartbreaker - Online Race Entry website to book your place, and good luck to all runners.
