North Devon travelled to Torbay with 12 players and emerged with a dominant win from the last away game of the season. Â
The first goal and the moment of the match came when midfielder Scott Paddon picked the ball up from his own half, danced past several players and reversed it through the keeper’s legs.Â
More goals followed after great play between Captain Josh Thorne and Bradley Bellingham saw Thorne unmarked at the top of the D and pushed it into the corner. Â
The third goal came from a well worked penalty corner that saw Richard Locke get the ball unmarked and pushed it into the corner, North Devon led 3-0.Â
Torbay grabbed a goal back after the break and there were some excellent saves by ND goalkeeper Phil Daniels before Bellingham and Thorne added two more for North Devon.Â
North Devon's final game next Saturday is against Ashmore at home.
