Baker Estates has acquired an interest in the land which lies immediately to the north east of its existing site at Wooda Road in Appledore, where construction is now under way to deliver 89 new homes.Â

The award-winning south west housebuilder now plans to submit an outline planning application to Torridge District Council for up to 36 homes and has launched its community consultation engagement.Â

Graham Hutton, Development Director, Baker Estates, commented: “Unfortunately, due to the on-going pandemic, we have taken the difficult decision not to hold an in-person public exhibition event. Â

We are also offering individual video conferences or telephone calls.Â
