BIDEFORD boxer Jake Langdon gained victory at the Karma Club in Plymouth at the weekend when he stopped his opponent in the third round.

Langdon, 18, faced Gary Colwill of the Plymouth Mayflower Boxing Club.

Langdon upped the pace again in the final round and after trapping his opponent in the corner unleashed a combination of four punches before the referee stepped in.
