THE race for the Wrey Arms Division Two title is far from over just yet. With leaders Hemmens without a league game for the second week running, Kings Arms were able to pull level on points with a 7-2 win against Royal Rebels.Despite end-to-end football, the deadlock wasn't broken until two minutes from the end of the first half when the Rebels pulled ahead from the spot. The goal sparked an instant reply from the Kings, Dan Ardy levelling the scores before the break.Ardy added a second straight after the re-start while Dean Plummer turned the screw to make it 3-1 minutes later. Simon Loosemore (2) and Matt Jones scored goals as the Kings went on the rampage late on. And despite Ardy's best efforts to grab a hat-trick, it was Loosemore who took the three-goal plaudits with a third, 10 minutes from time.In Division One, Rose and Crown took a surprise 1-0 lead into the dressing room following a dogged first 45 in their game against Bratton Fleming. But Bratton are in no mood to let PVs slip from their sights at the top of the table and were soon rewarded for their hard work after a flurry of chances had gone begging.Matt Hunt headed in a superb goal before his side took the lead through Liam Monsell. Hunt secured the points with his second of the match after good work by Nick Muge. PVs picked up their points without having to kick a ball after Pollyfield were unable to raise a side. And while a 4-1 win for J&A Cameras Veterans kept them on level points with Bratton, games in hand will surely mean the Snappers will need a very long lens to keep their rivals in focus in the weeks to come.Opponents Wrey Arms drew first blood in J&A's game at the Tarka Tennis Centre on Sunday morning. But a pinpoint cross by Matt Cann found Wayne Parkhouse on the back stick to level the scores with a textbook bullet header. Parkhouse and Christie pulled the Veterans into a 3-1 lead in the second half before Cann wrapped his foot around a Christie cross to hook home the fourth from inside the box with five minutes to play.
