The Coaching Inn at South Molton will officially reopen on Friday, October 10.
A well-known South Molton pub is set to reopen on Friday, October 10 following a major £700,000 transformation.
The Coaching Inn has undergone a major refurbishment by new owners The Valiant Pub Company, which says the pub, restaurant and guest bedrooms have been restored to their former glory.
The former function room has been transformed into a separate and brand-new sports bar, complete with big screens and a lively atmosphere. A new sports bar menu will feature burgers, wings, tenders, and nachos for visitors wishing to enjoy live sport with friends.

The guest bedrooms at The Coaching Inn have also enjoyed a full makeover too.
Phase two of the refurbishment plan will see the revamp move to the garden, which the new owners says promises ‘a fantastic outdoor space for eating, drinking and socialising’.
Luke Carroll, operations director (south), said: “We are absolutely delighted to bring the Coaching Inn back to life.
“This has been a true labour of love, restoring the pub and restaurant to its former glory, creating stylish new bedrooms and launching a food and drink offer that now includes bottomless brunch, afternoon tea, seasonal specials, and local cask ales.
“With phase two bringing an exciting garden refurbishment, we believe we have created something really special for South Molton.
“The Coaching Inn has always been at the heart of this community, and this transformation ensures it will remain so for many years to come.”
