Police are trying to trace a 51-year-old man from Exeter who has links to North Devon.
Lee Dolbear is wanted in connection with reports of failing to surrender and the use of threatening behaviour likely to cause alarm.
After initial enquiries drew a blank, police are appealing to the public for information on Dolbear’s whereabouts.
He is described as white, of slim to medium build and five feet 10 inches tall. The front of his head is shaved and he has a patch of grey hair at the back.

Dolbear is known to have links to North Devon and to Exeter.
Anyone who sees Lee Dolbear is asked not to approach him but to call police on 999, quoting reference number 50250190211.
