A top floor holiday apartment with sea views in Westward Ho! is one fo two North Devon and Torridge properties up for auction on Thursday, May 1.
The two-bedroom flat at Westbeach Holiday Resort has a leasehold guide price of £57,500 to £60,000.
It is among 167 lots in the third auction of 2025 by property auctioneers, Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers.
Auction appraiser Steve Appleby said: “This apartment is well located on a modern development close to Westward Ho! beach as well as local shops and amenities.”
The flat is being sold with the remainder of a 125-year lease from February 2012.
In Winkleigh, a mid-terrace corner house has a freehold guide of £100,000 plus.
Located at 1 Park Place in Eggesford Road, it has three bedrooms.
