Officers would like to hear from anyone who was in the area of the A361, close to the Ashford Garden Centre, on Saturday, September 30 between 6.10am and 6.45am.

They want to hear from witnesses who may have seen people walking alongside the road in the direction of Chivenor.

Officers are appealing for any witnesses and anyone with relevant dashcam or CCTV footage in the area, to please get in touch by calling 101 or reporting via www.devon-cornwall.police.uk, quoting reference: 50230262587.
