The Go North Devon Cancer Care Car supports cancer patients who need to get to NDDH and other local hospitals for chemotherapy treatment and other oncology related appointments.Â

The service offers a lifeline to patients who have no other independent means of transport, are unable to use public transport or have no friends or family available to take them to their vital appointments.Â

As many cancer patients know, when you’re diagnosed with cancer there are so many things to think about, as well as the emotional upheaval, which is why the Cancer Care Car can help to alleviate some of your worries on how you are going to get to your essential appointments.Â

Go North Devon provide a comfortable door to door service with a team of professional and friendly drivers who will ensure you get to your appointments on time, allowing you to sit back and relax before your treatment or consultation.Â

The service operates throughout North Devon and Torridge. Journeys under 5 miles are charged at £6.00, (single or return) and £12.00 for journeys over 5 miles, (single or return).Â
