Swimbridge House Nursing Home is committed to providing a high level of care for its residents.Â

This includes ensuring that residents are helped to live independently as possible and are offered activities which offer stimulation.Â

We work closely with the families of those who reside with us to ensure they are involved in planning the care we provide and keep them informed of their family member’s progress.Â

Our days revolves around our residents and their preferred routines and lifestyles to meet their selected choices.Â

We realise that being socially active is very important for maintaining a good quality of life and as such, the Home is dedicated to making sure that our residents are able to enjoy social activities and occasions.Â

Activities include leaf painting, Bingo and films and pamper afternoons. With Halloween also becoming more popular, there was some Halloween-related fun too!Â

We will be preparing our Christmas-themed activities shortly in time for the festive season.Â
