Are you ready for the big North Devon Homes Summer Fayre?

This year marks North Devon Homes’ 25th anniversary and we are celebrating in style with our biggest and best Customer Summer Fayre yet! 

We are inviting our customers to join us for a free day of fun, games and celebration on Friday, July 25 from 11am to 3pm at The Park Community School in Barnstaple. Tickets are now available via our website.

Our Customer Summer Fayre is always a highlight of the year for our team and customers and this year is particularly special as we celebrate 25 years of creating communities where people want to live. This year’s fayre promises to be a memorable day for the whole family with an exciting programme of entertainment, games and activities, all completely free for NDH customers.

The celebrations will feature animal encounters with the Exmoor Zoo Roadshow; meet-and-greet with Mickey Mouse and Stitch (from Lilo & Stitch); bouncy castles, magic show, and coconut shy; songs from Les Misérables performed by Barnstaple Young Generation; tombola and bingo; face painting, party games, fire service demonstration and much more.

The fayre also includes stalls, competitions, and prize giveaways, alongside information and support from North Devon Homes and its partner organisations. It will also feature the ever-popular wet sponge throwing contest where customers are invited to throw sponges at members of the NDH management team.

It is a fantastic, free day out during the school holidays for all our customers, along with their families and friends. It’s a great chance for them to relax, connect, and have fun. To make this year even more special, we have added a magic show, a performance from Barnstaple Young Generation and a sensory tent for customers who need a calm place to relax during the festivities.

Tickets are available online now or on the gate on the day. Customers who book in advance via our website by Friday, July 11 can pre-order a free meal, book free guest tickets and book free return transport to the event via the booking form.

We would like to remind customers that no animals other than assistance dogs are allowed on the site and vaping or smoking will be in designated areas only. The site is accessible for wheelchairs and prams.
