North Devon Council and Barnstaple Pannier Market have announced the launch of North Devon SPRINGfest, a brand-new festival set to take place on Sunday, 13 April, from 10am to 4pm.
The council explained that following the success of the annual North Devon FOODfest each October, SPRINGfest will bring an exciting day of food, drink, plants, homemade crafts, live music, workshops, entertainment, demonstrations, and more to the heart of Barnstaple. Taking place during the Easter holidays, the event promises a fantastic day out for all ages, with plenty of treats to discover.
Holly Bransby, Barnstaple Pannier Market Manager, said: "We’re delighted to introduce North Devon SPRINGfest, giving local traders, producers, and artisans another fantastic opportunity to showcase their goods. The Pannier Market is the perfect venue for this vibrant new event, and we look forward to welcoming visitors for a day filled with great food, creativity, and community spirit."
North Devon Council has also suggested that visitors save the date and stay updated on event details by following the official Facebook event page and the market's Facebook page.
