The first Wedding Fayre organised by South West Event Management Solutions CIC at RHS Rosemoor took place over the weekend, running alongside the venue’s Open Community Weekend.
The event brought together a variety of top-quality wedding suppliers from the local area, giving engaged couples the chance to explore a wide range of services under one roof.
RHS Rosemoor, known for its stunning gardens and picturesque wedding setting, also welcomed visitors to discover what the venue has to offer for their special day.
Lucy Lowe, from South West Event Management Solutions CIC who organised the fayre, said: “A Wedding Fayre is a fantastic opportunity for couples to meet suppliers and discuss their plans. There is so much inspiration to be found, from venues and dresses to cakes and transport. This Fayre was brimming with unique and exciting offerings.”
Among the highlights was a showcase by Bideford’s Devon Air Ambulance Shop Manager, Jamie Craner, who organised a team of models to engage with visitors while displaying a selection of pre-loved wedding gowns available through the charity.
Celebrant Jade-Marie Popel said: “'Beautiful venue, fantastic networking opportunities. Met loads of fabulous couples. Couldn't have been a better setting.”

One of the suppliers, Chris from Broken Clothing said: “Fantastic event with some real show-stopper wedding suppliers!”
Ms Lowe added: “I’d like to extend massive thanks to RHS Rosemoor, all of our suppliers, and the Devon Air Ambulance team for their hard work in making this event a success.”
She continued: “Feedback from the event has been amazing - suppliers and visitors all had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the event. The team RHS Rosemoor have been amazing and the Venue was exceptional. It was amazing to have the Devon Air Ambulance involved again showcasing their amazing preloved gowns.”
