Jess and Ian Lev present a £700 cheque to the MND Association after the Appledore Singers' Christmas Concert
The Appledore Singers raised £700 for the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) through their Charity Christmas Concert, held on Sunday, 8 December, at Northam Hall.
The event featured a vibrant mix of traditional and modern festive music, audience participation, a Grand Raffle, and refreshments.
Tony Nicholls compered the concert, with Chris Beechey accompanying on piano and Pam Beechey, the choir’s Musical Director, conducting the performance.
In a separate presentation, Jess Lev, a choir member, and her father, Ian Lev, an MNDA Trustee living with motor neurone disease, handed over the cheque to the charity.
The funds will support MNDA’s vital work in improving care, advancing research, and advocating for those affected by the condition.
