Christmas market coming to Bideford this weekend

The Christmas spirit will be in full swing at Affinity Devon Outlet Shopping near Bideford this weekend, with a festive market offering plenty of treats for all the family.

Taking place on Saturday and Sunday, 16 and 17 November, the Christmas Market at Affinity Devon will feature over 70 Christmas-themed stalls, offering a variety of unique gifts, local crafts, and seasonal delights.

Visitors can expect an array of festive activities, including live music, bubble and juggling shows, local choirs, and creative workshops to get everyone into the holiday spirit.

Jo Macaskie, Director of Miss Ivy Events, which is organising the market in collaboration with Affinity Devon, said: “It has been a challenging year for retail and small businesses, so we wanted to create an event that is immense fun for all ages. We always strive to support the many small business crafters and producers right here in the West Country and provide them with platforms to trade too. Anyone visiting this event will not only find an amazing array of gifts to suit all budgets, but also know they’re giving much needed support to local small businesses.”
