Team GB might be back from the Olympics but the entertainment isn’t over yet as the Folympics hit North Devon this weekend!

Never one to miss an opportunity, the irrepressible Westward Ho! Follies are presenting the Folympics Variety Show at Kingsley Hall on Saturday and Sunday, August 17 and 18, at 2pm.

The group has been going for 75 years and is well-known for its winter pantomimes, but current members have been inspired by the Olympics in Paris and have chosen to showcase some of their unspeakable talents, which are not usually seen on stage.

All are invited to witness the inaugural Folympics. Join the cast as they demonstrate their athletic abilities in synchronised swimming, dressage, weightlifting, gymnastics and track events.

Every Olympics starts with an opening ceremony and the Folympics is no different, with comedic acts, singing and poetry taking place between the sporting events. The closing ceremony will include audience participation too!

So wind down from your Olympics Games withdrawal symptoms at the Folympics this weekend – tickets are £5 for adults and £4 for concessions. Booking is advised, please text or send a message via Whatsapp to 07483 229033.

Please be advised the show is not suitable for young children and that it is cash only at the shows.
