Businesses of North Devon may experience a disruption to their recycling collection this week, as the council's trade recycling vehicles are temporarily out of service.
According to North Devon Council, the vehicles will be unavailable from June 3 to 7.
The council said: "We would like to make you aware that our trade recycling vehicles are unfortunately off the road this week"
While the council is working to minimise the impact, they warn that not all recycling materials may be collected during this period.
A statement from the council read: “We plan to collect as much as we can with our other vehicles, but unfortunately, we may not be able to collect everything. If you notice that your recycling has not been collected, please leave it presented, and our crews will do their best to return and collect it.”
The council is apologising in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and is asking residents for their understanding and patience.
Residents are advised to leave their recycling materials presented and available for collection, and the council will do its best to return and collect them as soon as possible.
