Catch the Rowlands Fun Fair in Barnstaple all this week.
A traditional annual Fun Fair is being held at in Rock Park in Barnstaple until Saturday, May 18, with all the usual attractions offered by Rowlands, who are members of the Showmen’s Guild.
Town Mayor Louisa York said: “We’re delighted to be able to host Rowlands fair in Rock Park once again. There’s always a thrill in the local community when the fair arrives and it’s very popular with our residents. We hope families and friends enjoy all the fun of the fair.”
Rowlands has announced it has more rides and attractions this year, including Blaze, Waltzer and Crazy Frog among others.
It is also hosting the Real life Animal Show, Bluey and Bingo making an appearance on Saturday.
A variety of rides and attractions are planned for all ages with Rowlands stating: “We are accredited members of The Showmen’s Guild of Great Britain and ensure our rides, both big and small, are immaculately maintained, regularly checked and fully compliant with industry health and safety standards, from the very latest high impact thrill rides to traditional carousel gallopers.”
A wide range of side-show games and on-site catering will also be in place. This year Rowlands is offering unlimited rides for £14.99, reduced to £12.99 if booked online.
