RHS Garden Rosemoor is gearing up to paint the landscape with the delicate hues of snowdrops in its upcoming Celebration of Snowdrops event, running from February 1 to 11.
Located in Torrington, RHS Garden Rosemoor is set to transform into a blooming haven, inviting both seasoned horticulturists and flower enthusiasts to witness the subtle beauty of these early harbingers of spring.
The Royal Horticultural Society is the UK’s leading gardening charity. Known for its commitment to making the UK greener and more beautiful through plants, RHS Rosemoor has opened its doors for this celebration.
RHS members can enjoy the event free of charge, while non-members can join in the festivities with regular garden admission.
From 10am to 4pm, visitors can meander through the garden, taking in the enchanting sight of snowdrops in full bloom. For those wanting to witness these flowers, expert-led guided walks are on offer daily at noon. These walks promise not only a visual feast but also a wealth of knowledge about snowdrops and other early spring-flowering bulbs.
Whether you're a gardening expert or a family looking for a delightful outing, the Celebration of Snowdrops has something for everyone.
Families can embark on a fun trail, leading them to the most captivating Snowdrop displays within the garden, offering a perfect opportunity to soak up the first rays of spring.
It's important to note that the guided walks have limited spots. Early birds will have the chance to secure their spot and explore the garden with a knowledgeable guide.
