'As a community landlord we listen to the views of our customers'

North Devon Homes' Annual Report

North Devon Homes' Annual Report

Here at North Devon Homes we pride ourselves on being open and honest with our customers and keeping them informed. We actively encourage our customers to be involved and help shape the work we do, bringing the front room to the board room.

As a community landlord we listen to the views of our customers, work together to act upon them and keep our customers informed through our many communication channels.

Our customers will have recently received a copy of our annual report for April 2022 – March 2023. Each household having been sent a copy, delivered to their homes. The annual report has been designed by our customers, for our customers.

The report gives a thorough breakdown of how North Devon Homes is performing, what we are working towards, the good work we are doing, but also where we have got things wrong or haven’t met our ambitions and what we can aim for in the next twelve months.
