Ryanair has officially annouced its summer schedule for Exeter Airport

Ryanair has confirmed its finalised Summer 2026 flight schedule for Exeter Airport, just weeks before the peak travel season is set to begin.

The airline announced on Monday (February 23) that it will operate four key routes from the Devon hub, including an increased frequency on its popular service to Malaga.

With the summer aviation season typically beginning in late March, this week's announcement provides the final details for travellers looking to secure remaining seats for the 2026 season.

For the 2026 season, Ryanair is maintaining its focus on established Mediterranean markets. The schedule includes direct services to:

  • Malaga, Spain: Receives additional weekly frequencies to manage projected high-volume demand.

  • Alicante, Spain: Sustained direct service to the Costa Blanca.

  • Faro, Portugal: Continued connectivity to the Algarve region.

  • Palma de Mallorca, Spain: Re-confirmed for the 2026 summer window.

Jade Kirwan, Ryanair’s Director of Communications, noted that the 2026 schedule is designed to provide "regular connections" for the Southwest, particularly through the bolstered Malaga route.

Despite being close to the start of the season, the airline has released a final tranche of seats starting at £29.99.

The confirmation of these routes is a significant marker for Exeter Airport’s 2026 performance. The airport has seen consistent passenger growth over the last two years, attributed to its focus on "hassle-free" regional travel.

By maintaining a consistent Ryanair presence alongside other operators like TUI and KLM, the airport continues to serve as a vital link for the 1.6 million residents in its catchment area who wish to avoid the congestion of larger hubs like Bristol.

  • Booking Status: All Summer 2026 flights are now live and fully bookable via the Ryanair app.

  • Flight Frequency: Malaga will see the highest volume of flights per week.

  • Operational Dates: The summer schedule officially begins in late March 2026 and will run through October 2026.
