The 76th Barnstaple Carnival, held on Saturday, September 21, proved once again why this beloved event, established in 1931, continues to captivate the hearts of locals and visitors alike.
The streets were lined with spectators eager to witness the annual spectacle of floats, music, and vibrant costumes.
