Title march on hold while leaders play two cup finals in a week

WREY Arms’ quest for the Intermediate One title will give way to a cup-final double header this week.

The Barnstaple side play Woolacombe and Mortehoe in the Arlington Cup final at Marlborough Park on Saturday (kick-off 7pm), while on Monday, they line up against Intermediate Two title favourites Northside Atlantic in the final of the Hansen Cup at Vicarage Field (kick-off 3pm).

After wins against Woolsery Reserves and Clovelly this week, Wrey now need just four points from their last six games to be crowned champions.
