Visit Woody Bay station on September 5 & 6 and help Children’s Hospice South West
Half of all train ticket sales for the Lynton & Barnstaple Railway at Woody Bay will go to Children’s Hospice South West this weekend (Saturday and Sunday, September 5-6).
So the more people who ride the line, the more the hospice will benefit.
The railway offers a two-mile round trip across Exmoor in rebuilt original carriages headed by one of the line’s resident steam engines.
The first train leaves Woody Bay at 10.45am and the last at 4.30pm on both days. The station is on the A39 halfway between Blackmoor Gate and Lynton.
