Young performers will join forces on Friday, April 20 for the next WHAAM Youth Concert at The Pier House in Westward Ho!
A wide range of singers and performers will take the stage from 6pm for the annual charity gig for Appledore RNLI.
It is being organised by Westward Ho! and Appledore Music Showcase (WHAAM) and will feature everything from rock ‘n’ rolls bands to solo singer songwriters, dancers and even a school choir.
The artists include singer songwriter Yazzy Chamberlain, plus Dance Fit Belly Dance Divas, singer and performer Rob Stirzaker, Jess Martyn, the Kingsley School Choir, Ella Crossland and The 5.15 Band.
Organiser John Barton said: “This event is a great opportunity for young people to showcase their musical talents in front of a live audience – to gain experience, enhance their confidence in performing and confirm that North Devon’s got talent!”
WHAAM Youth will be officially opened by Appledore RNLI lifeboat operations manager Tony Merrill.
There will be a grand raffle and all are invited to come along and see what the next generation of North Devon’s performers has to offer.
Tickets are £6 (under 16s free) at the door, or from Café Italia Pizzeria, The Co-operative Food, Kitemark-Surf and Kite Shop of Westward Ho! and Market Street Kitchen of Appledore or visit the WHAAM Showcase Facebook page.
