Music and merriment as popular event returns to Clovelly this Saturday

Otherwordly entertainment is on offer with a day and night of faery fun as the North Devon Firefly Faery Fair and Ball returns to Clovelly on Saturday.

Now in its third year and fundraising for the Small School, Hartland, it begins at Clovelly Parish hall at 11am.

There will be a host of stalls, food and crafty faery activities for all ages to enjoy throughout the day.

Put your best faery frock or pixie suit on and win a prize, with fancy dress very welcome.

From 5pm until midnight there is live music, beginning with a Faery Folklorist Speech by Mark Norman, followed by fancy dress prize-giving.

The music line up includes The Raggle Taggles, Laura Conley, Taking the Piskies, Malachite, Spiral Navigators and Tiger Balm.

Outside there will be fire acts from Draven Blaze and Luak Fire Tribe, as well as acoustic music in the bar area.
