A unique al fresco dining experience at a secluded North Devon cove is on offer this September with award winning mobile caterers Seadog. Diners are invited to Bennetts Mouth at Morte Point on Sunday, September 17 to enjoy stunning coastal views, fresh air and outdoor hands on cooking. The rustic seafood experience will feature a menu of locally sourced oysters, mussels, lobsters, foraged herbs and wild greens, and diners will be invited on a pre-dinner valley walk before being seated for their meal at multiple locations. The unique event is part of a series in partnership with the National Trust which will see Seadog serving up innovative food experiences at some of North Devons lesser known locations. Seadog chefs Beth Newsome and Jim Coslett have already hosted a riverside dining event at Watersmeet, near Lynmouth, and are due to host a dark skies feast at a secret Exmoor location on October 28. Jim said: Beth and I are really looking forward to creating a unique, intimate, hands-on dining experience at this amazing secluded location.
