Students from the Ilfracombe dance school The Rebecca Varley Dance Academy will once again be showcasing their talents at the Landmark Theatre in the next fortnight.

The show on Friday (December 7) and again on Saturday, December 15 called Raising the Barre is packed with dance and festivities for all the family.

There are tap dances from 42nd Street, ballet numbers from the inventive Alice in Wonderland ballet, songs from Hamiliton and Matilda and funky street numbers.

In the summer the school once again achieved a 100 per cent pass rate by its students taking their International Dance Teachers Association examinations

The Landmark box office is closed, but tickets are available from the Tourist Information Centre, open Monday to Friday 9.30am-4.30pm and Saturday 10.30am-4.30pm.
