Legendary DJ Norman Jay is set to make an appearance at the Slumfunk event hosted by Marisco Nightclub in Woolacombe, on Friday, April 6.

Marisco, believed to be the oldest and longest running nightclub in the UK, announced Norman Jay’s appearance on Facebook last week.

After an unforeseen absence, Slumfunk is returning in style for the first Friday of each month, with Norman being the first performance to mark its highly anticipated come back.

The DJ was awarded an MBE by the Queen in 2002 for his services to music and is the co-founder of KISS.FM radio station.

The artist has headlined festivals and nightclubs across the world for nearly a quarter of a century.

Accompanying Norman in the DJ box on the night will be Juvenile Delinquence and DJ Fresh Chris.

Tickets available from Captain Jacks Bar Woolacombe and www.ticketsource.com.
