Sonic Fusion, one of the South West's finest musical exports, are putting out a final shout for singers to come and join them onstage when they return to The Landmark at Ilfracombe this summer with the ever popular Summer Soul-Stice.The Summer Soul-Stice was a big hit when was first performed in 2006, and the band are hoping to go one better this year with a revised show. Drummer Richard Lancaster said "We have some new songs, a new guitarist and a few tricks up our sleeve to make this a great show for the whole family". Sonic Fusion are also inviting singers from across North Devon to audition for a part in the show. "We are looking for male and female backing singers, who may also be interested in singing a few solos." said Neil Perrin. "As the band are all local, we like to try and find new talent from around ourselves. North Devon is full of musicians, but finding them isn't always easy!" Singers must be available for the all the shows which run on Fri days July 18, and 25 and August 1, 8, 15 and 29. This is a fast paced show so people will need to be lively and confident onstage.Auditions will take place on Monday March 17, at the Aerial Music Centre just off Mullacott Cross.
