Original British jazz band and 2013 MOBO award winners Sons of Kemet will be in Barnstaple on Thursday, November 19.
Led by four of the UK jazz scene’s brightest stars, Queen’s Theatre audiences can enjoy a revolutionary mix of music that spans jazz, rock, dub and Caribbean folk.
The band won Best Jazz Act at the 2013 MOBO Awards and is led by saxophonist, clarinettist and composer Shabaka Hutchings, with Theon Cross on tuba and both Seb Rochford and Tom Skinner on drums.
Their original compositions are brought to life by four fiercely creative musicians.
