Traditional songs, carols and more at The Pack O’ Cards in Combe Martin on Saturday (December 28).

SHAMMICK Acoustic founders Tom and Barbara Brown will be joined by singers and musicians from around Devon at a special midwinter-themed concert in Combe Martin on Saturday.

Regular Shammick Acoustic venue the Pack O’ Cards pub will be hosting the event from 8pm, with of appropriate seasonal songs, carols, music and readings.

Professional musicians and singers Tom and Barbara are renowned for their knowledge and renditions of traditional songs, particularly the West Country, but also from further afield.

They will be joined for the concert by club stalwarts, Pam’n’Al, who as well as singing, play melodeon, concertina and hammered dulcimer, plus Paul Wilson and Marilyn Tucker, performers from Okehampton and leaders of educational charity Wren Music.
